Reyes Catolicos - Seville

The hotel is simple, small but conviently situated. The staff is polite and helpful. Above all it is good value for money in a city (Seville), which is getting expensive.

Only one thing spoiled our stay a bit. That was water dripping from the airconditioning unit, and which did not get fixed during the few days we stayed there

Very good location, low price, friendly staff

Clean and a triumph of economy in design (need to stand beside the toilet to open the door for example!) but adequate. Air con leaks condensate into at least two rooms. Suspect it has been doing so for some time (with the knowledge of the hotel proprietor).

Excellent value for money and well located for ease of access for walking around the historic area of Sevilla. Straight forward facilities without trying to be something it wasn'T. Staff helpful and friendly in answering any questions we had. I would stay there again.

Room was so small for three persons

the location was OK -- on a quiet empty little street, on the edge of the Old town, walking distance to main attractions

the room was not clean properly -- dust on the floor, douche could not be fixed properly. The crib they gave for the baby was also old worn-out and dusty - not very good for a baby who puts everything he sees in his mouth.

The hotel is in a good position within walking distance of all the sights. You will need a satnav to find it and I also suggest you use the parking they offer at a charge. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable if you avoid the 5th floor.

We stayed for two nights, the first we were put on the top floor in a room which looked like it was used as an extra or for the staff. No fire escape notice. Wifi did not work in it,The aircon was noisy and did not work properly and when it was switched off we had a loud buzzing noise coming from some where above us. Did not sleep much, we complained about it and the staff were very good and offered us a room on the fourth floor which was much nicer and more modern and had aircon that was quiet and worked as did the wifi. The walls in the hotel are not very well sound proved and we had a family in the next room with a baby who woke up screaming four times during the night. This was just something we put up with but managed a good nights sleep in the clean comfortable beds.

If you try reach it by public transport, you will need a 10 min walk to it, although you will pass through some of the old beautiful streets of the center. Very helpful and friendly service. They also offer some very good prices on car rentals. Breakfast is nothing special, but more than enough. Rooms are clean and very picturesque.

Practically there was no wifi in the rooms. Have to go to the reception to receive better.

Comfortable room, nice staff and a good location.

No internet in the rooms. When you want to relax, you need to be able to access the internet in your room. This is the only hotel of 11 that I stayed in that didn't have WiFi in the room.
